Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has openly criticized the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) following its opening brief in the appeal against Ripple.
In a social media post, Garlinghouse mocked SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, saying, "One of the definitions of insanity... is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Gensler's SEC really took that to heart."
